JBL 4" Breakaway Slip Tip Only for JBL874 & JBL894

Slip Tips do wear out and eventually get dull. You need not replace the entire mechanism when this occurs you need only to replace the tip. You may also like to make your own custom rigging and this tip is perfect for that application. Designed for large powerful fish in open water this JBL's break-away slip tip is 4" (102mm) in length. Tip is made from corrosion resistant hardened 17-4 stainless for long life and durability.

The tips rear fixed barbs cause the point to turn sideways after entering the fish so it will hang on no matter how hard the fight while minimizing damage to your spear shaft. The low-profile, double barbed design with Tri-Cut point allows for pinpoint accuracy penetrating power and dependable deployment. Don't trust a once in a lifetime fish to anything else.
