Hi, Leisure Pro sent this question to me since I bought this shirt. I bought a men's large though. However, my son is in that range. Generally, I've found that the mens small is bigger than a youth large. Love the A/O gear, but it does shrink a bit. Avoid the dryer. Good diving!!!
