I bought these socks to protect my feet from my fins rubbing and making blisters. No they are no completedly waterproof. Good for warm water diving but not sure about cold water.

The socks are not waterproof but they add an excellent layer of protection in a bootie or fin and help to avoid blisters.

These are definitely not waterproof. They are made of fleece lined lycra material and are supposed to keep your fit warm.
