Used Products
Used products include a free 1-Year Scuba.com warranty that covers defects in manufacturing only. This warranty excludes damage from wear and tear, misuse, accidents, loss, or theft.
Open Box items are covered by Scuba.com’s warranty and serviced by the manufacturer or authorized repair center if the original warranty is no longer active.

Most products that qualify for repair must be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection and replacement/repair. This can take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on shipping times to and from our shop and the manufacturer. Each warranty claim is unique, and we will contact you with updates as we process your request.
