This instructional video explains the difference between console dive computer and wrist mount dive computer scuba computers. The console dive computer either comes with an air integrated system or a pressure gauge. The wrist computer will provide the same information as the console without the pressure unless, of course, you have a transmitter. If you have a transmitter, it will provide you with a digital pressure reading on your wrist computer, so a pressure gauge would not be needed while diving.
