How to Thread a Weight Belt Instructional Video

This maintenance video demonstrates How to Thread a Weight Belt. Weight belt buckles are pretty standard. There a 2 types of materials used; Plastic or steel. Steel buckles are stronger, heavier & will last longer but they can get bent out of shape over time. Plastic buckles are lighter but if youre not careful, can be broken easily if dropped with the weights fall in it. But the issue is not really of the material itself, its the different ways of threading the buckle. Some weight belt buckles have 3 slits and some have 4. Before attempting to work with the material, its best if you soak it in water 1st. This makes the webbing much easier to work with.
