Differences Between Diver Adjustable and Non-Adjustable Dive Regulators
This instructional video is an overview of how a diver adjustable and non-adjustable regulator works. The adjustable scuba regulator has an adjustment knob on the side which directly effects how the diaphragm moves inside the regulator. It also has a venturi knob which regulates how the air circulates in the diaphragm. You may dive with either type of regulator, but it is up to you to decide what your preference is while scuba diving.
