Having dived with the Niteride 3000 several times now off the NJ shore on a couple of wrecks and in the 1000 Islands area I have found the lamp to be very flexible and easy to live with. The dual lamps work great with the ability to switch to a higher output combiniation when needed especially useful. I also like the fact that I dont need to break the canister apart to recharge the battery. Simply unscrew the cap from the charger input, attach the charger and wait a couple of hours. The fact that the head lamp fixture and the hand held fixture is included is a nice bonus along with a usefully size carry bag.
