These are very handy(or footy)fins. They provide the extra push, that is often needed, when you swim a good distance in open water. Lightweight as well. Buy a pair and them bring them on down to St. John in the U.S.V.I.s. You will be pleased to have them while you swim these beautiful waters. Remember to come back to shore. Smile.

These are nice, comfortable exercise fins. No rub spots. Relatively easy to put on. Be aware they are a touch larger than stated size (US sizes). If youre on the upper end of the size range, you should be OK. On the lower end, consider the next size down.

I live in Denver so I use these to work out and get comfortable in flippers between dive trips. They make my pool work out a leg and cardio work out. They are comfortable and fit in my gym bag.

I started swimming to get ready for scuba diving. I was reluctant to use training fins because it seemed like cheating. Once I started, I was hooked. WIth the fins, my body position is much improved and the legs are worked in addition to the arms. My finning is improving along with my conditioning. Excellent quality and fit. Love them!

To start out, let me say, I turned 65 in March and retired. My husband & I go to the pool and gym everyday. My friend at the pool had fins and she swims 1 mile aday. That is my goal, but to get that done I needed help. I love my mircofins. They have strengthened my legs so much. When I take them off, its like Im not moving. Im glad I have them.
