Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag bag for fins, snorkel & a small mask
Reviewer: Augusto S., Saturday, February 04, 2012
it is a big and heavy bag for fins and snorkel, (too heavy) has many senslees straps ( to many) and a very small bag for the mask (too small). works if youre just go snorkeling, but its too big if you plan to put in into your scuba mesh bag.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Great Bag for the price
Reviewer: Nolan Carpenter, Sunday, October 17, 2010
This bag has enough room for my fins and mask and I tuck my snorkel into the cinch straps. Heavy duty webbing and a drain hole on the bottom to let your gear dry out. Shoulder straps are comfortable and easy to adjust. Solid construction, it is pretty clear this bag well built. This bag will work very well for carrying snorkel equipment.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Great to keep gear all in one place
Reviewer: Rebecca C., Friday, July 02, 2010 - View all my reviews
I purchased this for my son who is traveling to Mexico to dive. At age 11, it is a challenge for him to keep all his gear accounted for and safe. This bag is great with all its compartments that are nicely sized. There is plenty of room for 2 pairs of flippers and 2 snorkles. The mast pocket is a litte small. There is good drainage and ventilation. Everything drains and dries well. It is comfortable on your back - straps are adjustable. It might be a littel unwieldy as airplain carry-on - well see.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Mask/Snorkel Fin Backpack Bag
Reviewer: patricia r., Monday, July 05, 2010 - View all my reviews
This bag is sturdy and just the right size for all your snorkeling gear. I like the separate pocket for the mask. It is extremely roomy so I will be packing in a shirt, water bottle, and other smaller accessories for beach snorkeling. Two back straps are comfortable for the hike in, and I like the top zipper opening feature. For the price this is a great bag for the novice snorkeler/hiker. Pat

Stop looking around and just buy this bag. You will be very glad you did. It was big enough to hold two complete snorkeling sets for adults and having two shoulder straps makes it easy to carry and still have both hands free.

Good amount of room to store you full size fins, mask, snorkel with room left over for more. I also fit in the main section my a full size towel and booties. In the two outer sections you can fit small snacks, mask cleaner etc along with my mask and snorkel. Now my hands are free to handle other things like railings on a rocking boat.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Dive Boat Captain Impressed
Reviewer: Stephen S., Sunday, April 11, 2010
Bag designed to hang on your tank during trip. After suiting up just move it to unused tank and put in your pre-dive clothes. They stay dry while floor bags are subjected to dripping equipment upon the groups return. Mask pocket will not hold mask contained in a box. Redesign would help that. Otherwise just about perfect, especially for the price. Main pocket holds L/XL fins and booties without a problem. Boat captain had never seen one, he thought they were well designed.

Reviewer: Jeff W., Friday, March 26, 2010 - View all my reviews
I have purchased Body glove before, they have a very good quality product...especially for the price. This combo has a great mask with a purge valve, the fins are comfy but not their best fin. not sure how long they will last. And the snorkle is not a total dry, they usually come with a great water tight snorkle. I will keep the mouth piece from it and buy a seperate snorkle.

Used this bag on a trip to Jamaica carried and stowed great. Large mask in case, full sized fins, dive skins, snorkel, anti fog, shorty dive skin, ect. I did put the dive light and tickle stick my checked bag. I have read where people wish the mask part was bigger but you can just use the lower compartment. Nice construction and well thought out. Used as a snorkeling bag there is more than enough room for all the toys.

This bag works great. It actually holds two sets of snorkeling gear (mask, fins & snorkel) and is very comfortable to wear. It also has an additional pocket that works great to hold other small items (mask defogger, extra straps, etc.) If you have to transport your gear around this is a great product.

My fins, boots, snorkel all fit into the larger compartment with extra room to spare. It is perfect when traveling with your scuba/snorkeling essentials.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag A Nice bag with plenty of room for a nice price
Reviewer: Peter V., Thursday, January 14, 2010
My wife Doreen and I just returned from a vacation in the Florida Keys where we both completed the open water requirements in order to obtain our dive certs. The suggested equipment that was not on the recommended rental list were masks, fins, and snorkels. Well how to carry all of our equipment along with a camera and a few other incidentals was another concern. Well the backpack bag did the trick. Plenty of room to carry our equipment with enough room left over for incidentals without getting carried away. Over the shoulder and our hands were free to do whatever we needed to do next. You will appreciate the freedom to move around when climbing in and around a dive boat knowing that your gear is all in one place, its secure, and its protected. I watched some other peoples equipment get stomped on, lost, and even ruined because their stuff was hap-hazzardly thrown around the boat. Snorkels may not work so good when the get stomped on by clumsy divers that have not gotten their sea legs yet. The backpack is also well vented so my equipment was able to dry out eliminating the airomatic after affects. Another concern that I seldom think of is the trip home. I simply placed my equipment bag inside my suitcase and filled around it with my other clothes, souviners, camera equip, etc. etc. etc. etc. All said, I think the Scuba Mask, Fin, & Snorkel Backpag bag was a worth while investment and definately suggest it that you check it as a gotta have on your equipment list. Regards, Pete P.S. I also had enough room to throw in a towel, a handkerchief, sun-screen, a hairbrush, and a bottle of water, which made the trip so much more enjoyable.

This bag is great! I used it a few times already, it has plenty of room. I have a pretty big pair of fins, and it accommodated them well, along with a pair of boots, mask, defog, snorkel, change of clothes, towel, and dive log. Not only does it have plenty of space, but it is comfortable to boot! This product is highly recommended.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Reasonable bag for carrying your snorkeling gear
Reviewer: Roy D., Friday, January 01, 2010
Bag holds up well and has extra space for a towel to dry out after yours swim. It was even capable of carrying my diving belt (10 lb). Only drawback was the size of the pouch for the mask. It was sized for a junior mask and not practical for storing an adult mask.

before buying this backpack, i thoroughly researched the market and there is nothing out there that comes close. who every designed this bag at scuba.com should get a design award. this backpack is shaped like and fin and accomodates pro fins for even the largest foot sizes. the other pouches on the back are prefect for a mask, snorkel, camera, and all of the other a accessories a person needs to snorkel. on top of this the backpack has adjustable straps and is balanced and very comfortable to wear. my son and i have walked for miles along beaches without noticing our gear was on our backs and keeping both our hands free. everywhere that my son and i have gone snorkeling, people are always stopping us and asking "where did you get that backpack ?!" if you snorkel, you must get this backpack ! ! !

This is a wonderful back-pack to keep all your snorkeling equipment and then some all in one place. We went to the Cayman Island and it was great to have everything in one place and a back-pack is much easier to carry around than a duffel bag.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Useful
Reviewer: Luis R R., Thursday, November 19, 2009
This backpack is good to carry basic snorkeling equipment. Getting all the stuff in is a bit slow, once everything is in it will be a bit tight. The mask will probably wont fit if you carry it in a protective case. Some long snorkels may need a little coaxing to be able to fit. Unless you have small feet (Im size 11) you may not be able to fit in bulky boots. Overall a good, well made bag that is minimalistic: once loaded the equipment will be a bit tight. Just the same, this means this bag wont take too much space in a compartment or car trunk

i purchased this bag for my sister-in-law for a recent dive/snorkel trip to maui. she totally fell in love with it not only did it hold all of her snorkel gear (fins, mask, snorkel), there was plenty of room for her 1mm skin, snacks, and water bottle. it also has elastic straps on the back to hold her towel. its rugged, and compact enough that it didnt take up a whole lot of space in the overhead bin of the plane we flew on to maui. there were three other folks in our group, and we were all so impressed with this bag that were each planning on purchasing one for christmas.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag I love this bag!
Reviewer: beth sturman, Sunday, September 13, 2009
I purchased a bag for myself and one for my husband to carry on our cruise. I wanted something that I could easily tote around after the dive without having to return to the ship to stow gear. This bag surprised us both with how much it held and how easy it was to pack around. Easily held fins, boots, gloves, mask, snorkel, dry clothes, shorties, bottled water, defog, etc. Roll your boots up and shove them into your fins, then fold your wetsuit in half longways and roll up - it will fit easily in the space at the top. We packed our dry clothes in a plastic bag, then used it to stow the wetsuit after diving.

This bag is very big! I have twin jet max fins and they fit great! I can even fit my sons fins in with mine without a problem. The only thing that is a little small is the mask holder. My mask did not fit, but it fit just fine in the pocket below it, or in with my fins. I have taken the bag on one dive trip so far and will soon be taking it with on a cruise. All in all I am very happy with this bag and might be purchasing another for other family members

Used the backpack bag on a recent cruise. It was very easy to carry on the plane as well as to the dive sites. Used a larger dive bag in March of 09which worked well, but found this bag easier to handle as a carry on. The mask pocket is not large enough to hold my mask which lowered my rating of the bag. Ties attached to the zippers do not stay on, this does not affect the use of the zippers. I would recommned this bag to other users, but would like to see the manufacturer make the mask pocket larger to accommodate todays masks.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Great Snorkeling Backpack For The Price
Reviewer: Isabel Morales, Monday, July 06, 2009 - View all my reviews
I used my recently purchased bag for snorkeling at the Florida Keys and found it perfect for what I wanted to carry. There was plenty of room left over after loading in my fins (Tusa Liberator). I love the two front access pockets. The small upper pocket fit my mask well and I put the dry booties on the other front pocket. After getting them wet, I used the tie down straps to secure them outside the bag. There is room for a towel in the bag as well. If you strap down the booties to begin with there is plenty of room on the front lower pocket for snacks, sun screen, etc... The padded shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry. The bag is well made and worth it for $19.99.

The reviews do not lie. This is a great bag. We purchased it for our trip last week to Grand Cayman. My husband used it as one of his carry-ons. Easy fit in the overhead. It held 2 pairs of fins, 2 masks (not in their plastic containers though), 2 dry snorkels, mask defogger, 2 pairs of fin socks, 2 snorkel whistles and sunblock. It probably could have held more when we were at the beach because you can arrange the snorkels sort of hanging out, but I carried our mesh snorkel bag with our towels, dry bag, cover-ups, underwater rattle, underwater dig camera, bottle of water and beach mat. But, still, it was great to have. Very sturdy. The ONLY thing we wish it had was a chest strap to alleviate back pressure from the straps. We would recommend this to anyone and couldnt wait to return and review it. We cant wait to use it again. Thanks Scuba.com.

I ordered this fin bag recently and just used it for the first time two weeks ago on a trip to Caye Caulker, Belize. The bag is spacious, and I was actually able to pack my mask, fins, and snorkel as well as everything else I needed for 5 days in the tropics all in the bag. The convenient backpack straps made it the perfect travel bag. The zippers are reinforced, really enabling you to pack it in. The rivet in the bottom for draining moisture is a nice feature when you have dripping booties to throw in. The various sections are perfect. Great purchase!

This is my second backpack. It holds my fins, mask, and I can even fit in my wet suit. It is comfortable and the best product for the price. Durability is excellent. The mask compartment could be a little bigger but otherwise this is a must have. Seriously everybody needs one. I do not use my big bag anymore on boats. I use this and carry my BCD separately now. I purchased two bags, one for my wife and myself. They worked great, held all of our snorkeling gear, extra swimwear, flip flops, and shoes in the bungy cords. We were also allowed to carry them onto the aircraft.

This is a great backpack. Yes the mask compartment could be a little bigger but that is my only minor issue. This held almost everything I needed including wetsuit. It is sturdy, very comfortable, and by far the best scuba packpack I have ever seen. I had this and carried my BCD on the boat, way nicer than my big bag. I am buying my son one too. The price cannnot be beat either.

Its a good bag, seems well built. Reading other reviews before purchasing, I thought the bag would be a little bigger. Everything is compartmentalized which is mostly good. I wish the section for the mask was bigger. Really seems like you are shoving your mask into a space too small and my Mares X-vision mask isnt that big. Bottom line, its a good bag, but I wouldnt buy it again!

I found this backpack and set-up to be excellent. It accomodated everything I needed to accomodate plus my wet suite without being oversized in nature. The straps were adjustable and the mesh was just enough to air out the items without causing the construction to be flimsy.

Rating: Scuba-Mask--Fin---Snorkel-Backpack-Bag Surprisingly good
Reviewer: Eric E., Tuesday, February 17, 2009 - View all my reviews
I was dubious of this bag because I have large fins and I dont usually have luck with "one size fits all"-type products, but its a winner. The fins (Oceanic Vortex V12s) fit with a little wiggle room to spare. The compartment for the mask is a tad too small for my HydroOptix, but fits my backup mask with ease. All the straps are sturdy and its a comfortable carry: I had to load up my snorkeling gear and hike down a good distance of rocky cliff to access a spot in Lake Powell, and the bag didnt dig or slip or hinder me. I like the product and can recommend it as functional & practical.

Awesome backbag. Just returned from Cozumel and the backpack bag was easy to transport. The bag was accessible throughout numerous airports, fit the overhead compartment easily and I was able to place all my snorkel gear in addition to beach sandals, extra bathing suit, and a small tower. Much more than I expected. The backpack bag was durable as I was throwing it around within the plane and within the jeep which we rented in Cozumel. Woulld HIGHLY recommend this bag for anyone in need of a carryon and a backpack bag as a very reasonable price! Thanks scuba.com!!!

Best snorkeling bag Ive used. Sufficient numer of pockets to accomodate fins, mask and snorkel with ease, plus a small but useful zipper pocket for personal items which have to remain in the boat. Would have appreciated one solid waterproof pocket, but that would certainly raise the price point. At its current price, a good value.

Sturdy, practical, good-looking, easy-to-cary, large enough for any fin (mine are really the biggest Ive seen anywhere) and yet light enough to carry on your back without any hassle. Amazing value for the low price... If you want to just pack your fins and your mask for a snorkeling experience or pack your gigantic fins separately since they wont fit into your diving gear bag (which was my case), I recommend this to everyone.

I snorkel about 3 times a year, but looking to expand that greatly. I have tried to rent while snorkeling in the past, but with a size 15 foot, they never had a pair to fit. Well, now I have a fantastic set of flippers that stay on your foot and really propel you through the water. If you are a beginner snorkeler and have big feet, I totally recommend these.

This bag is really sturdy and well designed. I fit dive fins, 2 pairs of goggles, 2 snorkels, gloves and booties into this bag and still had room for sunscreen and other small items. I dont like just mesh bags which are nice for draining but are a mess to take with you. I could put this bag on my back after putting on dry clothes and didnt have to worry about being covered in water and sand. I took it as a carry on a flight to the carribbean. It fit into the over head compartment nicely. I packed it into my large suitcase with all my gear and had problem packing around it and over it. Worth the price easily.

Very versatile, and compact. Recently went to Puerto Rico, and had to walk quite a ways to the dive boat. This backpack easily held my fins, mask, snorkel, booties, and had extra room for a camera, shirt, and some power bars. For the money, you cant go wrong. FYI...some people say they fit 2 sets of fins in theirs, no way...they fit 1 pair. Highly recommended!

Reviewer: Christine H., Saturday, November 01, 2008
my husband and I went to the Big Island of Hawaii, so there were a number of snorkel access points that we were walking a ways from the parking area to or along beach trails to get to. These backpacks were perfect. Beisdes gear we were able to tuck skins and towels, lotion and a few enegry bars and water bottles. Some places we could hang from tree branches to keep off the ground (especially useful in an ant filled area) and a place to store clothes and sandals while in the water so no worry of stuff blowing away. Only complaint was that my husband didnt like the way the top stuck up behind his head, i didnt mind.

Reviewer: Kinsey S., Friday, August 01, 2008
PROS: I just purchased this bag on 7/08/08 for a trip to the Bahamas and love it!!! It is much bigger than I anticipated and you cant beat it for the price. It will definitely hold a lot of gear. I placed my fins, booties, mask, snorkel, and gloves in the main compartment with lots of room to spare. The outer pockets are really big and can also hold a lot! I put a ton of sunscreen (5 sprays), board shorts, extra t-shirt, wallet, sunglasses container (perfect fit in top pocket), and other items on the outside pockets alone. It was great to have a backpack and not a bag so it was one less thing I had to carry with my hands. (It also looks really cool:-)) CONS: I should have put silicone on the zippers before I went on my trip. They are not salt water resistant so they need protection from the elements before use.

I can fit a ton of stuff in this bag! I have long fins, boots, mask, snorkel, light weight skin, log book & weight belt all in this handy bag. There are also external straps to attach dry clothes and towel. The double shoulder straps are also very handy. I like that you can wear this as a backpack leaving your hands free. It also works great as a cary on bag and can fit in the overhead bins. This has become quite an issue now that people have to pay to check luggage.

The only problem I experenced was with the zipper for the fin compartment. I was going to return it but playing with the zipper and learning how to pull the zipper fixed that problem. The second bag didnt have this problem. keeping your stuff together is easy with this backpack. Also its very easy to carry aroud on your back leaving your hads free to carry other equipment, 5 stars for the mask, snorke, fin bag.

I needed to find a bag that would carry my fins, mask, and dive computer that wasnt either a suitcase, or a small carryon. Luckily, once again Scuba.com came through. i brought the bag on several dives in hawaii. it worked beautifully for holding my mask, fins, booties, snorkel, keys, and dive logs (i used a separate dry bag to hold my towel and clothes). one of the best parts about the bag is that theres a hole at the bottom of the bag that lets the water and sand drain out of the bottom without having to turn the bag upside down. the mesh at the top of the fin-holding portion of the bag also helps let the fins dry out during the trip back after diving. one note though, the bag only holds one set of finsim not sure how anyone got them to hold two sets.
