The Datamax Pro Plus 2.1 Integrated Dive Computer is a nice, easy to use, dive computer. It is easy to read and operate under water and provides good information without too much messing around. Reading the log after a dive is intuitive and informative.

If youre looking for an air-integrated console, this should be at the top of your list. Easy to read, intuitive to use, not too conservative and good download functions. Easily held by a mini-retractor, make sure you get the quick disconnect for travel.

Just upgraded my 12 year old Oceanic computer. I love these Oceanics because of the large digital readout....BUT I love the new Oceanic computer because there are many more features on one window, unlike before. I used to have to change windows to see TIME.........now the added features or Temperature, added compass, No Deco and Current Time are on one window........its smaller, lighter, and more compact!!!!!!!!!!....plus, you can now detach the computer from the hose when traveling..........a great computer for those who cant read small digital readouts!!!!! I just got back from Belize and did several dives. This computer is great. It took the guess work out of everything. I dont have experience with other computers to compare it to but I cant imagine needing much more. The only downside is the cost of the USB cable and software to upload the dive information. The back light worked great during my night dive.

I was very happy to receive my new dive computer so quickly!! The Oceanic Datamax Pro Plus 2 Air/Nitrox Integrated Computer is very user friendly & the quick disconnet allows me to put it in my carry on luggage so it arrives safetly at my dive destination!!!

This computer is an upgrade from an older Oceanic Data Pro Plus 2 computer. It functions very much the same but is air integrated. I really like the larger screen. My previous computer lasted several years and dives, and I would expect the same of this. Scuba.com was outstanding in preparing and shipping my computer in a timely fashion.

what can I say? This is a great product and the price cannot be beat!! It would be nice if the manufacture included the data cable but seeing as I saved so much on the computer, the extra for the cable was no big deal.
I love doing business with Scuba.com!

Great computer. The digits are nice and big so its easy to see even in low light conditions. The oxygen and nitrogen graphs are a nice plus. Just spent eight days diving in Bonaire and had no problems with this computer. My only area of complaint is how to scroll through the logbook. My buddys Gecko has a far easier method of scrolling through the logbook. Otherwise a great purchase.

This is a great workhorse computer. The manual is terrible but you can watch a video on how to use this computer. Im going to get one for my wife when the time comes.

I purchased this Oceanic Datamax Pro Plus 2 Air/Nitrox Integrated Computer because my boyfriend has one and he highly recommended his...
Best choice I made... I wear reading glasses and this computer gives me the font size I can read without glasses, an important featured I might add...
Also we can now download our data onto the same program so that too is a plus...
Everyone we meet diving feels it is a top of the line, cant go wrong product...get one now!!!

this dive computer is very easy to use and for those of us who are older, the large display is very useful. i have used this now for about 25 dives and it has worked very well. My only complaint is the data cable. Getting the cable and connector to seat properly was a real challenge. The directions on how to connect the data cable need better pictures to prevent frustration and damage to the connector. If the data able and its connection were better documented and designed this would have been a "5".
