If you click on their warranty info and go part way down, there's a section that explains it. Here's the link: http://www.scuba.com/resources/warranty_info.asp.

Thanks James! And yes, we'd love to sell Aqualung's products and maybe one day they'll crawl into the 21st Century with so many of the rest of us. But until that time, if you dive Aqualung among a few others you'll have to purchase it over the counter. That being said, there are so many great manufacturers out there with some fantastic deals and values on gear who DO want to sell scuba equipment and allow thier products to be sold by qualified, authorized dealers online that nobody should ever really go wanting when it comes to gear at great prices.

Ok with that taken to mind and thanks by the way
Is the Titan LX a good regulator? I have been looking at a Sherwood also.

The Titan is a good choice, but the Sherwood is one of the most reliable and dependable regulators ever invented. It is easily, due to its engineering the most consistent regulator ever designed.
