Most of the certification agencies actually have pages on their websites where jobs and those looking for them can go. You may want to look at the site for the agency/agencies your certified though.

You can also check on scubaboard.com to find random jobs there and I believe there is also a link there to send you to a website that lists dive jobs.

Many travel agencies that specialize in Dive travel may also know an operation or two that is looking for crew members. Also, many of the lager certification facilities will have job placement services.
