I am a lung cancer survivor .... it has been 5 yrs post treatment and the loss of my entire left lung . I am healthy and very strong now . I was certified 20 yrs ago as a PADI diver and like a lot of things after given 6 weeks to live and making it 7 yrs now total , I would love to dive again . I have yet to find an answer to my question ......can I dive , will the pressure of diving affect anything internal , and well are my dive tables the same as a normal 2 lung person . I have ask doctors , oncologist , ect with no real answers .... Thank you in advance !

Honestly, I think I'd head to the experts on the subject and ask the people at DAN. They work directly with the people at Duke University and would be the only people I'd consider an expert on the subject.
