Does the Ocean Master z4 mask accept prescription lenses? If it doesn't, Do you know of a four window mask that does?

As far as I know, the Z-4 can be fit with Rx lenses. Call the instructors at divers discount and order them. They're not a stock item, so it may take a week or two to get them in. If you know you want them, the sooner you place the order, the sooner you'll have them. Take care and enjoy the water.

Yes, you can order the optical lenses for the Z4. Keep in mind you will not get an optical lens for the side windows. That is why a lot of people who need optical lenses go with the Ocean Master Z2, they have told me the side view is a bit blurry. But if you like the light that you get from the side windows or the way it fits, go with what you like!
