Scuba Gear Reviews by Matt Smith
Aeris Cuda 2 Dry Snorkel
Rating:
Cuda 2-Good 11/16/2011
For a Dry Snorkel the Aeris Cuda 2 is good... maybe too good. No issues of unwanted water getting in while snorkeling... but I did have issues with the stopper working "too" well and often not allowing me to breath when I would turn my head slightly. I also noticed a bit of added buoyancy when I would free dive, which surprised me. Other than those two issues I would have rated it 5 stars. If youre fine with a semi-dry snorkel... stick with them! Good Little Knife 11/16/2011
Very pleased with my Seac Rip Race Dive Knife! Good feel, weight and size a small dive knife. The only complaint I have with this product is that I wish it was switchable from right hand to left hand use... which its not. I strap it to my left leg (left hand accessible) as I usually have a dive camera in my right hand. Its backwards on my outer left leg... so I cant use my thumb on the thumb release. Its a minor issue... and the only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars. Was this review helpful? Yes No
