these run a bit big where you your foot. the thick soled boots should fit in nicely. you might consider buying the next size down with thinner soled boots, especially if you are at the low end of the size. for example, i wear a size 12 shoe and the 11-13 xl is a little big for my medium soled boots.

Very good dive boot. Fits just a little wide so I added a running shoe insole and it fit great with better cushioning!
