A little on the heavy side ... but 3/17/2011

Breathes easy ... but 3/6/2011
free flowed like crazy when I first used it to test it out in the pool ... even with the venturi switch set to "-". Worked well, however, on all my ocean dives. Maybe it needed to be "broken in?" Otherwise, a really nice, easy-breathing regulator. Dry over six dives and has excellent purging. Even a small puff of air clears the reg. Was this review helpful? Yes No

Oceanic Islander 2 BC

This is a great travel BC that is very well constructed and perfect for tropical dives. I wish it had two tank straps and stainless D-rings but nevertheless a fantastic BC. I am sure it will last for years. It is sized a bit on the small size. I am a medium but ended up with the large. You cant go wrong with this BC. It trims up nice with the weight pockets in the back on the tank strap. Was this review helpful? Yes No
