Im a big guy (63", 245) and after trial and error Ive found that Hendersons sizing is pretty accurate. The 3X shorts fit well and perfomed in a pool and on a dive underneath a shorty.

Hyperflex by Henderson 13 Oz Polyolefin Shorts

Wore the rash guard under a sleeveless shorty on a dive at Subic bay. Worked perfectly for the January water temp. Im a big guy and the sizing was better than some of the others that claimed to be 3X - snug, but not too tight. I give it 4 stars because the length could have been a little longer. Noticible when worn while swimming in a cold pool.
