I used this at the beginning of 4 dives and not once did my mask fog. This is a must have!

This .5mm cap was great. I did follow the advise of our reviewers and ordered a size smaller than I would normally order and it fit great. It was very comfortable and offered the perfect protection when I went diving in a 70 degree lake.
