After diving with in Panama City, Panama (On Portobelo), the BCD was very conformable because Im 65 (and 250). Went on 4 dives between 40-90 feet, on all dives the BCD inflated comfortable and held weigh bags great (with quick release). I would recommend this BCD.

After my natural spring dive, this hood wear kept me very warm for the dive at 60 degrees.

Sherwood Avid CQR3 BCD

Went giving in Canada, after a few moments in the water. The great lakes and natural spring dives were pleasurable. Im 65 and 260 pounds, this worked perfectly.
