These fins are light weight and easy to adjust to your bare foot or bootie. Although light weight, they have enough power to get you through the water comfortably, even against a light current. The only drawback I found was the length of the back strap which I think is too long and dangles/ drags. It would have been nice if it was either elastic or had some velcro to secure the end. All said, I would recommend them highly.

Although its been a staple in the technical diving world, this is a piece of equipment that is long overdue for recreational diving. I love it!
