Scuba Gear Reviews by MeLisa P.
Rating: Just what I was looking for 7/27/2009
This dive skin is well made, comfortable and most importantly, makes it so much easier to get my wetsuit on. Exactly what I needed.
Rating: Love them 7/20/2009
Toward the end of my dives I have a hard time staying down - especially my legs. The leg weights work perfectly and the stretch material allows me to use them in warm water or cold water (they stretch over my 8mm wetsuit, socks and boots).
Rating: Added warmth 7/20/2009
I wear them under my dive boots for added warmth when diving the Great Lakes. They did add warmth, but not as much as I would have hoped for. If I had it to do over again, I think I would have gotten a thicker pair with traction on the bottom (for walking on the boat before and after the dive).
Rating: Great suit, but it has its challenges 7/20/2009
The suit is extremely well made and warm, however, I cannot get in and out of it myself! Luckily, I have great, and strong, dive buddy. I had to get a dive skin so that it would be easier to get on. the Merino wool is warm, but doesnt slide across skin so well. The hood is so tight that I cannot lift if over my head by myself. After a couple of dives, it has loosened up. I am sure after a couple more I will be able to get in and out of it on my own. Overall, a great suit!

Love it! Easy to get my stuff in and out and seems extremely durable.
