Scuba Stainless Steel Underwater Safety Shears

These shears were recommended by my scuba cpr instructor and they are a wonderful addition to my basic emergency kit as well as an essential gear for Monterey Bay diving. They are small and powerful, making them ideal for kelp cutting in an emergency situation or quick removal of suits for cpr!
