The breakaway octo holder is really nice, the key is you cant tight the velcro all the way otherwise youre going to have an hard time under water to release it. Tight just the tip of the velcro this will make it tigh enought to hold your octo but at the same time easy enought to release it with a single pull. 1000% recommended

Bought this octo together with my Sherwood Maximus regulator, this unit worked 100% on my open water dives specially during share air simulation the fact the you can adjust the mouth piece from 0 to 90 degrees allows you to adjust it to whatever is most convenient for you and your buddy. Scuba.com was also awesome they assembled everything for me (new sherwood regulator + first stage + octo), basically was as easy as take it out of the box and dive. Thanks for the awseome work and customer service scube.com, you guys rock.

The regulator came fully assembled with box and all its contents, honestly could not tell the difference between the demo unit and an unopened item. I used this regulator for my certification dive, it allows you to breathe rally easy almost like if you were at surface. Recommend it 1000%
