This light is a well built flashlight. It is very durable and bright. But the twist on switch is a bit tight even after I applied some silicone grease. If you are lokking for a reliable back up light you better get the UK mini Q40 eled. Was this review helpful? Yes No

BRIGHT LIGHT! 11/21/2008
It is one of the brightest light in the market.It is brighter than the old c8 eled. The only thing I did not like about this new model is, it only takes about four hours for the battery to get discharged.The old model takes about six hours to get discharged. I guess that is the trade off from being brighter than the previous model. If I have to choose between the two, I would prefer the old design because it gives you almost the same brightness until batteries get discharged, which is missing on the new model.
