I like these. No adjustment at all, pull back and the spring does all the work. The whole to put your finger in to pull it back when putting fins on could be a little bigger, especially if you are diving cold water and already have a cold water glove on. I like

Scuba Deluxe Round Regulator Bag

I have a knife and a longer gaugue cluster on my hose set up. I can fit my whole regulator set up in this bag, but with no room to spare. I always worry to much about the hoses, but it does work for me.

Omega Amphibian Adjustable Strap Flip Fins

I like this idea. No adjustment what so ever just a spring. For me it fits just right. For thick gloves it would be nice to have a bigger loop to pull on while taking the fins off.
