Im using it for swimming in cold Northwest waters. So far, so good. It is easy to put on & take off too. Quite warm and does not cut into my face because of some well designed edging.

Body Glove 3mm Flipper High-Top Socks
Rating: Every bit as good as represented 9/29/2008

I bought these to either wear alone with fins in warm waters. I hope to try them this way next January in Belize. But also to beef up the warmth of my Body Glove Booties for cold waters around the San Juan Islands in Washington. I sized the socks one size smaller than the booties (from the same company). The fit turned out perfect. The socks slide on and off surprisingly well and swimming in a local lake with both, my feet were plenty warm. The socks have just enough "sole" material to give you just a bit of shape but not so much that they cant still be called a sock. Im happy with them and SCUBA.com was great as always getting the items to me quickly.
