Just tried this out in an indoor pool, very humid inside and this helped a lot to keep my mask from fogging up!

I love these! They are the perfect thickness. Very comfortable and makes my fins much more comfortable to wear! I bought them a little on the big side for me and glad I did, they fit snug!
