Scuba Gear Reviews by Nicholas Demeis
Princeton Tec Coil Lanyard
Rating:
A lanyard 8/24/2008
A coil lanyard. What more can i say has a release and a lanyard and it attaches to your BC. Great for heavier pistol grip lights. Was this review helpful? Yes No
Princeton Tec Coil Lanyard
Rating:
Pretty good mask. 8/24/2008
I bought this to replace an older higher volume mask. This is a lower volume but not a low volume mask with pretty good vision. For the price you cant beat it. Its my primary mask now and I get very little fogging and little flooding. One one complaint it after diving for an hour or so the mask kind of rides up under my nose making it somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that its a great mask. Was this review helpful? Yes No
Deep See Airway Snorkel
Rating:
Basic snorkle. 8/24/2008
You basic snorkle. Cheap and gets little use when diving or when doing surface swims. For the money you cant beat it just a no frills snorkle. Was this review helpful? Yes No
Princeton Tec Blast Light
Rating:
Great little light 8/24/2008
I bought this light not expecting much. I figured its small and have it on your BC at all times (which i now do). I dont use it much but i know its always there if I need it and so tiny it doesnt get in the way. Pretty powerful light in such a small package. Was this review helpful? Yes No
Underwater Kinetics Sunlight C4 Light
Rating:
Weak light but cost reflects that 8/24/2008
I bought this light for my advanced open waters night dive. I just needed something quick. It was cheap and affordable at the time. I have used it twice now and well its incredible weak. The battery life seems good for about two hours max and then you can start to see the light get pretty weak. If i did it over I would have used the $25 bucks and put it toward the princeton tec Shockwave LED which I now dive with which is about 100 times better. Was this review helpful? Yes No
