Bare 7/5mm Tech Dry Hood with Zipper
Rating: Easy to don and comfortable to wear. 8/13/2008

I chose this hood specifically because it was the only one in the price range with a zipper for easier donning. Standing there in the sun, baking in my drysuit, I wanted a hood that was both warm and easy to put on. My only concern is that both Bares and Scuba.coms sizing charts pointed to a medium hood which was way too tight. The large fits wonderfully, and keeps my head almost dry and very warm.

McNett Ankle Weights
Rating: Comfortable and affordable. 8/13/2008

I bought these weights I have started diving with a drysuit and wanted "training wheels" while I got comfortable diving the new suit. I chose these weights because they were available in a heavier weight compared to other ones, and were easier to clip together. I am quite happy with my decision.
