Henderson Hyperstretch Titanium Gloves
Rating: Henderson-Hyperstretch-Titanium-Gloves winner in all categories 7/26/2008

True to size, stretches well for easy donning (dry or wet), not as bulky/thick as typical 5mm neoprene gloves yet remains snug to keep you warm. Dexterity is better than typical 5mm gloves, and you can wear a dive watch over the glove over the wetsuit and still have it fit without cutting circulation to your hand. For $37 and free shipping, this is a bargain! Wish I bought this instead of settling for my original gloves which are just a few dollars less yet is bulky, awkward, has no dexterity, doesnt allow for wearing a watch, and is difficult to put on and take off. This ones a keeper. I got one for my wife as well and she loves it.

Dive Rite Dry Snorkel
Rating: Dive-Rite-Dry-Snorkel not dry, maybe semi-dry 7/26/2008

Purchased this based on the description of being a dry snorkel although, for the price, I should have known you get what you pay for. Definitely not a dry snorkel, but will pass for a semi-dry although my family and I have a no-name-brand semi-dry thats better and costs less. Good ergonomics, comfortable mouth piece, and has an easy purge.

Henderson Hyperstretch Titanium Gloves
Rating: Henderson-Hyperstretch-Titanium-Gloves Nice fit 7/7/2008

Returned the 3mm and got the 5mm instead. We dive with 7mm wetsuits, so the 5mm gloves suffice but are difficult to put on if you want it snug... so the Henderson Hyperstretch makes it MUCH easier to put on gloves.

Fantasea Nano Spotter Light
Rating: Fantasea-Nano-Spotter-Light Serves the purpose 7/7/2008

simple tank/marker light, highly visible for night diving in cozumel @ ~40-45ft. nothing fancy no strobes/pulse/beacon features. well, you do have several color lenses that you snap on so your light color is different from your buddys. it works, its inexpensive... what else is there?

PADI Adventures In Diving Manual with Slate
Rating: PADI-Adventures-In-Diving-Manual-with-Slate PADI Advanced Open Water book 7/7/2008

the book is concise yet has enough details for each adventure dive chapter. it also has decent review sections. the slate is pre-printed with reference information which takes up most of both sides, so dont expect it to be a slate you can take with you for most dives where youll need a slate. overall, its not a bad book for the price its a requirement anyway for padis aow certification.
