This is a great product. As mentioned before they can be filled to any amount needed. If you buy a larger size and fill them short a 1/2-1 lbs they are more flexible and easier to place in the pockets. I simply write the actual weight on a piece of masking tape and place it on the tag (over the intended weight). Was this review helpful? Yes No

After reading the other reviews I thought this might be worthwhile. Disappointed! This DVD is only 21 minutes long and spends the first 5 minutes trying to convince you that you that bouyance is important. Isnt that why youre watching it to begin with? This DVD comes up short on specifics beyond adjusting your weights so that you float at eye-level. In other areas it seems to bring up more questions that it answers. Was this review helpful? Yes No
