Everything you needed. Battery/o-ring/lubricant. Not the cheapest price I found, but since I was buying other things this was convenient to have shipped at the same time.

Bought this suit after losing a lot of weight and without the time to go back to the place that produced my custom suit (I am short and stocky). This suit was amazing. While too long in the arms and legs (expected) the stretch made me forget I was wearing a suit. Given 4 stars ONLY because the velcro catches on everything and leaves the suit pilly. Sit performed well on all 30 dives over a week. Never cold once.
