Rating: Much better than stock "pin" guage 6/10/2007

Easy to read. Youll know for sure when it is full. If you play with your SA in the pool, it is helpful to keep track of how much air is left. Spare air should come standard with this guage.

APOLLO Bio Pro Adjustable Strap Fins
Rating: Excellent fins. 6/10/2007

Pros: Fast...very fast...I have to keep stopping to wait for my buddies to catch up 3 lbs and negatively bouyant. I am now able to carry 3 less pounds on my belt. No need for ankle weights, easier surface swims as the fins stay below the water. The yellow fins are extremely visible even in murky water, great if you are leading a group. THE SPRING STRAPS ARE GREAT. It is much cheaper and easier to get the straps preinstalled than to buy them later and install them yourself. The installation involves measuring, drilling, and cutting....some things I dont want to do to my very expensive fins. Cons weight if you are flying THE SIZE CHART ON SCUBA.COM IS DIFFERENT THAN THE MANUFACTURERS WEBSITE. I based my purchase on the size listing on this site. The fins were too small and I had to send them back for an exchange. The postage was nearly $20.

TRIDENT DIVE SLATE CLEANER

Not really a necessary item but it works better than a pencil eraser on my dive slate.

Princeton Tec AQUA STROBE
Rating: So far, so good 6/10/2007

Pros: Small, bright, good battery life. Actually comes on by itself at depth (not supposed to though, pressure must be causing the circuit to close). Cons: I wish it had a better attachment method, like and included clip or something. I dont really like the velcro strap.
