I have reading glasses that are 175s so I got 200s to grow in to and they were just right. If you put them in just as thay say to you will most likely see double. Thay are hard rubber so thay can be cut with a good pair of shears. I cut mine on the same angle as my nose piece and installed them inward as much as possible. Once I had aligned them with my eyes you can see great. Its not hard, just a little fiddling around. Was this review helpful? Yes No
