I bought the XL based on my exact measurements, but would have been able to wear a L because all the straps are adjustable. It might have been a better idea for me to have called a rep with my measurements and let them help me. I did however LOVE the quick release weight pockets. They seemed to displace the weight better than the belts that were all familiar with. Was this review helpful? Yes No
