This bag flat works. All of our gear fit easily into the bag, and slid right under our seats on the boat. If you do not "forget" to zip it up, there is no need for a dry bag.

Zeagle Envoy Deluxe Regulator

We got this regulator for my wife. She absolutely despises wet regulators so we bought this one on a instructors recommendation. Suffice to say, problem solved at a great price. It is really dry, so we added an apollo filtration/hydration system. Now it is hard to get her out of the water.

Really love this BCD. If you prefer a back inflating BCD this is not the one for you. But, if you like the jacket style, shop no further. This is the only one to buy. Easy to adjust, extra big d rings, plus big side pockets to carry any little things.

this is an easy to use all-in-one. my wife and i dove a bunch, and she prefers a hosed computer versus a hoseless one. the thing just will not die. she has ped it on the ground, and a tank on it as well. i doubt you could do better at this price point.
