Scuba Tank Carrier
Rating: Scuba-Tank-Carrier pain to remove and put on 9/18/2006

There is no point in buying this product unless you plan to dive with it on the tank and always are carrying your tank up and down long docks. The process of taking it off and putting it on takes way too long to justify its use
