I spent more money on this "deluxe" item and regretted it. Sometimes more is not better. This product is way over designed to the point where it is difficult to install and use. I feel it is way too cumbersome. I prefer the lighter weight, simpler, easier to install, non-deluxe carrier.

Scuba Tank Carrier

I bought this to aid in carrying my heavy tanks. This carrier is well made and fairly easy to install. The rigid strap material added difficulty in sliding it through the chrome double D rings but once cinched down feels very secure. The molded in handle is comfortable. The starps are way too long so I cut them down and remelted the ends.
