Im glad I read the reviews here first. I normally wear a large in everything, even all my other Henderson dive gear is size large. But this core warmer is sized wrong. I ordered the 2XL and it fits more like a large. Works great as a core warmer over my Gold 3m full jumpsuit, or even directly on skin for snorkeling. And like all other Gold core, it dries quick and does not stink!

I absolutely love my Henderson Gold jumpsuit. The interior gold liner is so soft and comfortable it feels like Im wearing a soft leather jacket. It forms an almost perfect seal around my body and most of the time Im dry underneith. Is this a wetsuit or a drysuit? Another important factor is this suit does not stink after dives like typical wetsuits. I hate that horrid mildew smell some suits put off if they are not dried right away. I dont have that problem with the Henderson gold lining anti-microbal material. It does dry quickly but even after night dives when I could not dry in the sun it still did not stink. I also have the gold booties and tropic hood and they are very comfortable as well. My only complaint is in the lack of color and design choices, but that is a matter of preference. Ive used this suit in waters in the low 70s and I was very warm. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.
