Great light! 7/4/2007
This light has a very nice dispersed beam for a small light. It is many times superior to the standard bulb version of this light, and in clear water can be used as a primary light. My one complaint with UK lights in general is the lanyard attachment. The point of attachment on this light it such that if you let it dangle, it bobbles all over and is likely to blind you or your dive buddy. Why not design it to point strait down when dangling?? Great light! 7/4/2007
In the clear Caribbean waters, this is great as a primary dive light. Ive always used the UK C4 lights. With 4 cells, those are extremely clunky compared to this light, but this little 4 AA light gives better light. One of my favorite features is the fact that if you let this light dangle to use your hands for something else, it points straight down... Most other lights float and or bobble all over, making it look like you are in distress, or blinding others in your dive group. Was this review helpful? Yes No

Be carefull! 7/4/2007
the a 710 is a great camera with excellent underwater capabilities, especially the macro and the underwater white balance setting. however, as with my last canon, and despite extreme caution on set-up, the case does not seal well. in four of my first 30 dives with the case, i had a few s of water leak in. do not risk diving this case without a dessicant packet tucked beside the lens! i am calling canon to complain and insist on a new o-ring.
