Scuba Gear Reviews by John B.

Rating: Roller Backpack Dive Bag Its a duffel 4/6/2008

Hard to really screw up a duffel bag. The side pockets are good sized for an assortment of gloves or hoods or whatever misc items you might need to stow away. The center compartment is spacious and the bag is very durable in material. One thing I do like is the mounting pouch that allows you to put the duffle on the roller bags drag handle.

Princeton Tec Shockwave L.E.D. Dive Light Pack
Rating: Princeton-Tec-Shockwave-L.E.D.-Pack Lots of light 4/6/2008

Now that Ive gone LED I dont see ever going back to anything else. I have gotten great battery life out of each of the lamps. The only down part is the tank light, it immediately drowned itself and thus no longer functions correctly. I got it cleaned out and working dry again, checked all the seals and again, when used diving it drowned itself. All the other lamps work beyond expectation though.

XS Scuba Roller Backpack Dive Bag
Rating: XS-Scuba-Roller-Backpack-Bag Rolling Bag 4/6/2008

i use this for boat and for pool session work. it has an internal strap for holding a tank, but ive found that doesnt really work all that well in practical application. overall i have found it to be a pretty useful tool for my gear. plenty of room for lots of stuff. typically i have a bcd, a ion of different wetsuits/hoods/gloves depending on conditions and depths. the outer pocket shape matched for the regulator bag i have found works well for lights and other smaller items that are commonly used on dives.
