great for looking in holes and swim-throughs. not so good as an overall light for night-diving the power is just not there for me, personally. i really like to *see* what im swimming with....not just part of what it is.

500psi Mask Defog

Great de-fogger when applied to mask everytime. I found that if I tried to go every other dive that the mask would fog up. My trick for best results. Dunk mask to get wet and then spread the goo on the mask evenly right when you get on the boar. leave it sitting on your mask until its almost time to get in the water. then rinse off and get all the gunk out. once you jump in the water, then rinse out one last time with saltwater. Works great this way.

ONeill 6oz Crew Long Sleeve Rash Guard

downside: order a size up. i am a medium in almost every top that i have (even wetsuits). this ran very small. ordered the medium and should have ordered a large. i can still use it but its pretty darn tight (and not really noticeable when youre underwater). overall, its a great rash guard. i have the coral one and it seems to change from coral to deep pinky/purple the deeper you go under water. at about 110 feet it looks really purple, which is cool. the fish really are attracted to this shirt (at least in cozumel!). they seemed to follow me around unusually close when i wear this rash guard and thats way cool :)

overall, these s work wonders. after a week of diving you really notice a difference the water-logged head feeling is not as prominent then when i dont use the s. word of advice, dont worry about the burning sensation in your ears when you put them it it goes away. i do wish it had a cap that was somehow attached to the bottle because i lost it somewhere on the boat. great product, though. makes me feel almost human again after a lot of dives.

ONeill 6oz Crew Long Sleeve Rash Guard

i think this is a great shorty. it seems thinner then some of the other 3mm i looked at so it packs nicely. great stretchy fabric and sizes are true. the only downside for me is the neck area its a little tight so i have to leave the back zipper down a little. dries pretty fast too!
