Scuba Gear Reviews by Michael Head

Rating: Excellent Level of brightness 09/20/2006

This little guy provides an amazing amount of light, and runs on 4 simple AA batteries. If the waters are calm at the surface, attaching to the mask provides hands-free use for divers who get uncomfortable if they dont have free use of both hands throughout the dive. Excellent quality product, and again Scuba.coms value cant be beat.

Rating: Another Excellent Value 09/20/2006

This hoseless system was hundreds and even thousands less then others I have seen, but provides the same details you need to enjoy your dive and maximize your bottom time. The guide is very simple to use, alarms are set with ease, and it fits comfortably. The only drawbacks are the batteries tend to drain quickly the first few times it is used, so it must be left out for a few days to dry completely, and the computer interface doesnt have as many features as some of the more expensive consoles. Overall, and excellent item, but highly recomend a spare set of batteries!

Rating: Great Comfort! 09/20/2006

This was recomended to me to wear under a wetsuit instead of a bathing suit, and provides ideal comfort. Provides the same support as boxer-briefs, and ideal for underwater use.

Rating: Excellent Product and Great Value. 09/20/2006

This wetsuit is incredibly comfortable for me, and even though I have lost 10 lbs in the 2 months I have been using it, it still seems to fit like a glove without restricting movements.
