Im a newbee when it comes to scuba. Just got certified last September. Compared to the suits that we used in class, this thing is a tuxedo! It feels great! Fantastic flexibility and warmth during our dives in Hawaii. Even if you only snorkel, youll be amazed at how much more bouyant this makes you AND how much longer you can be in the water!

HENDERSON Tri-Laminate Gloves
Rating: Great to have in certain situations 10/27/2006

Okay, my background is that Im a new scuba diver, but a fairly experienced snorkeler. I understand the whole concept of, "Look, but dont touch." and why its so important toward the preservation of marine life. That being said...these gloves are great in certain situations. We just returned from a trip to Kauai. Not a whole lot of live coral in that area. My wife and I used the gloves near shore while we were snorkeling. Lots of currents depending on where you snorkel. These gloves were INVALUABLE at keeping yourself in one location (grasping potentially sharp rocks) while you kept your eyes focused looking for marine life. I wouldnt typically use these where there werent currents, but in the above situation Im really (really) glad I had them! The gloves fit both of our hands very well!
