Back Pack zipper ripped on first use which covers extendable pull handle. Water bottle broke when backpack fell over. Needs more internal small pockets for small items flashlights, knifes, mask juice etc. Rolls well. no drains for water after putting in wet used gear?

Sherwood Retractable Compass

Product shipped to me broken and the compass dial would not move. The replacement order worked fine. Inconvenienced by having to double order and handle packaging and shipping.
