Scuba Gear Reviews by Darrell Logan
Rating: Canon WP-DC22 Underwater Housing (SD1100 Camera) 6/22/2009
This is an extremely compact underwater housing that is very easy to take with you on a dive. Besides, all features that I tried are easily accessible on the watertight housing, including the macro feature which is very useful for close-ups and small marine life like seahourses. I would highly recommend this case.
Scuba Mini U-Beam 5 L.E.D. Light.
Rating: Great Mighty-Mite 11/9/2008
This is a great little 4 1/2 inch LED flashlight that runs ons four alkaline triple AAA batteries. It will fit in even the smallest of hands and can be used both above and below the water up to 30 meters. It makes a great backup light for night diving and is easy to carry on day trips for peeking into those dark recesses in coral,
Seasoft Pro BC
Rating: SeaSoft Pro isFantastic 4/14/2008
I find this BCD to be the best one I have ever used (at least six others). It is extremely easy to adjust and very comfortable both in and out of the water. The tank bands are the best I have ever used and give you a great level of comfort due to the dual bands. The weight pockets are also the best I have seen. If you need to dump the integrated weights, you do not lose your pockets and there is also a possibility of retrieving the weights later in their interior bright orange bag. The retractables for a small backup light and gauges are very helpful. If flashlight can be used in the daytime to see under ledges and other tight spaces and also makes a great backup light for night dives.
Sealife Flash Diffuser

This item greatly helps when over exposure is a problem. This is extremely helpful on night dives as it was easy to over expose pictures on the sandy bottom.
XS Scuba 6mm Titanium Diving Hood
Rating: XS SCUBA 6MM TITANIUM HOOD 9/25/2006
We have found these hoods to be ideal here in Ohio Quarries where the bottom temp is all of 54 degrees. They work great and we would recommend them to everyone.
