The one size fits all works well and the socks help you slide into a damp wet suit with ease. They are thiner than others I have owned and will probably not wear as long but for the price you can go through 3 pairs of these for what I payed for the others. There is no thermal protection but they do seem to stop chaffing from full foot fins. I do miss the added thickness but that is just what I had gotten used too.

Great set up. Weights fit snuggly in pouches and the velcro flap holds them secure. Standard weight belt with plastic buckle and metal retainers to keep the pouches where you want them on the belt. The best feature is no digging into your hips. It is very comfortable and so easy to change weights when you need to.
