I wear this under a 3 mil suit instead of a 7 mil wetsuit, Its more comfortable and I use less weights. I also wear it for kayak diving. I put it on under a 3 mil wetsuit that I roll down to my waist to paddle to the dive site. I do the same coming back, but put a windbreaker on over it. Its hard to paddle with a wetsuit on, too cold (and too dangerous)here in New Zealand to paddle without thermal protection.

Great product, I wear it under neoprene socks to keep my toes warm.
